Co-founded swivl in 2017, an AI-powered CRM, automation, and conversational platform for the self-storage industry. As CPO and Head of Design, I built the product from nothing, designed both sides of the platform (the consumer-facing chat and voice experience and the operator tooling behind it), grew the team from 4 co-founders to 20, and scaled the business to serve half of the top 50 operators in the market.

What started as a side-project for me, ended up being a thriving community of growers and eventually a company that we sold. I helped take an idea, a rough iOS concept, and the beginnings of a brand, and morphed them into a network of over 10,000+ active users. I updated the original brand design, defined a product design system across iOS and Android, managed 2 part time designers, as well as managed the product roadmap and a single developer's work. I also helped define a visual brand design system for the marketing team and built the marketing website in Wordpress.

Led the design team for mobile location and navigation experiences — indoor and outdoor wayfinding for Kaiser Permanente and Miami International Airport, BLE beacon-powered fan experiences for WWE, and others.

Led design across 5 product categories of a Mobile-as-a-Service platform — owned design strategy, consistency, and shared interaction patterns across the entire SDK and API portfolio. Delivered consumer-facing iOS and Android experiences for audiences of millions: NFL, NASCAR, NBC Sports (Sochi Olympics), Turner Broadcasting, E! Online, and more. Recognized with Apple Editor's Choice for design quality on consumer mobile products.
